Which vaccination will I get when I come for my FIRST dose vaccine appointment?

For FIRST DOSES, if you are under 40 you will be booked in for the Pfizer vaccination or Moderna, depending on what vaccine stocks are available.

If you are over 40 we cannot guarantee which vaccination you will be assigned but it will most likely be AstraZeneca. We are unable to change the vaccination which you have been assigned on-site.

Which vaccination will I get when I come for my SECOND dose vaccine appointment?

SECOND DOSES will automatically be the SAME as your first dose. You do not need to check as the booking system will only allow you to book an appointment for the correct vaccine.

How can I change my appointment?

Please visit the below link to change your appointment and click ‘manage my booking’. You will have to cancel your original appointment and re book. You must have your NHS number and booking reference to hand.

Yes, you can. Please visit the clinic and they can book you in manually for your vaccination.

What if I arrive and I want a different vaccination to the one I have been assigned?

We are unable to change the vaccine which you have been assigned on site. If you do not want the vaccination that you have been assigned you will have to contact 119 or your GP to discuss further.

What do you do with any vaccinations that you have left at the end of the day?

If we have any vaccinations left at the end of the day, we offer them on a first come first serve basis to people who have had their first dose 8 weeks ago. You can wait outside to see if we have any left at the end of the day.

Can I call and request a particular type of vaccine?

No, we have no control over which vaccine you are assigned. This is done through the NHS website when you make your booking.

I have not received a confirmation message for my appointment, what shall I do?

If you have not received a confirmation text for your appointment, please visit us on the day of your appointment at the time you believe your appointment was booked.
